| Fall Classes |

| | danielle dax | ] | We are in full swing testing out patterns for our new fall classes! Here's one that I'm excited about:

and from the back:

A beginner Vintage Apron, super-cute! I chose our "Lizzy Dish" fabric with little black percolators on it that reminds me of my grandma's wallpaper. This is a great class to get started with using bias tape - most vintage apron patterns use it so it's a good skill to have!
Rebecca also made a more manly version of the crib sized quilt for the Quilt Making Basics class, and it's gorgeous:

This class will definitely be repeated in the fall, so keep your eyes peeled! The new schedule will be up on the website in just a few weeks... |

| New Orleans - Lakeside Counter Question - B2M |
[Jul. 19th, 2009|01:17 pm] |

| | KsE | ] | I haven't had the best of visits to the MAC store in Lakeside. So before I make the trek to what you would think is the only mall this side of earth, I am hoping someone can answer my question. I have some (a lot) of empties from depotting, do they have any issues with accepting these back as recycles? Only the metal pan is missing. I would rather ask than go since I might have to resort to Rambo measures if they give me drama. Any ideas?
( Also so that it isn't text only....... ) |

This is absolutely not a competition, but who has the longest hair (what is the longest length) on this community? Has anyone reached ankle length? Floor length? Beyond??? |

| Swap? |
[Jul. 19th, 2009|01:52 pm] |
I'm so upset. I bought Porcelain Pink, thinking it was going to show up pretty and light pink, but it doesn't show up on me AT ALL. The shimmer I do get, I could get from my BB shimmerbrick. Ugh. So I'd like to swap this for the Smooth Merge MSF, please. Porcelain Pink has been used 3x MAX, comes with it's box, and with very little veining (if its supposed to have any O.o). I really don't want to sell this because I bought it with early birthday money and I don't want my money, just an MSF like I purchased.
Feedback: MUA, eBay, Specktra = AmiS4ys
I would like to swap with someone US only, please.
x-posted to MSS |

| Marshmallow Fondant! |
[Jul. 19th, 2009|09:36 am] |
So I did my first experiment with marshmallow fondant yesterday. My friend and I were up for hours making these, but it was so worth it. My boyfriend was skeptical that about eating the fondant at first because he's had regular fondant and hated it, but he loved the way this stuff tasted :) ( Terrible phone pictures, I apologize ) |
